DESCRIPTION:After graduating as an accountant\, Andrew spent the first 4 years of his working life with Patrick (shipping) Agents in Sydney. When looking to move on he saw an advertisement for a Financial Accountant role with his family business Craig Mostyn &amp\; Co Pty Ltd.&nbsp\;
He felt it &ldquo\;the right thing to do&rdquo\; and 30 years later stepped down from his management and executive director roles to become a non executive director which he remains in today.
Andrew is a fellow of AICD and sits on a number of Boards including Harvestaire Pty Ltd\, Rugby Foundation of WA and the Mostyn Family Foundation.
Andrew will speak about the family business and how it made it to be 100 years old\, dealing with transition of ownership through to the 4th generation\, a rare feat in itself\, and where the business is headed in the future.
